HomeGoods Kitchen Haul That Will Save You Money

If you are looking for home décor, kitchen tools, bathroom accessories, furniture, and so on, HomeGoods is the place to go! Especially if you’re trying to save some money. Purchasing items for your home can be so expensive. Stores like TJ Maxx and HomeGoods have amazing products for your home and they won’t cost you an arm and a leg. Below are a few kitchen items I found that saved us a lot of money!

Silverware

I found this huge set of silverware at HomeGoods for $70. Other stores I looked at only had 40-80 piece sets. This is a very good price for the size. However, they have smaller sets for a great price as well if you don’t need a set this big. If bargain shopping for silverware isn’t the epitome of adulting, I don’t know what is. Welcome to 25.

Dinnerware – Plates and Bowls

I found this 12-piece set for only $19.99 that serves 4 people and I got two of them! HomeGoods also has individual dishes you can purchase as well, if you need a few extra plates or bowls. I just couldn’t believe the price on these. The other places I looked were charging $40 for a set that serves only 4 people, so this is a great deal.

Dish Towels

These are 100% cotton dish towels, which I personally like the most. We bought microfiber towels one time thinking they would be great because they were so soft. They did not dry anything! It was pointless to even use them. So these towels will actually dry your dishes and they were each $7-$10.

Muffin/Cupcake Pan

$5.99 for a non-stick muffin or cupcake pan.

Colander

This may be weird, but I LOVE this colander. One thing I didn’t read before purchasing it was that it should not go in the dishwasher, which makes sense because of the paint coating, but I still love it! $9.99.

Tongs & Peelers

I forgot that I had already bought a set of tongs so that is how I ended up with two… but I guess you could never have too many, right? The one on the left was $6.99 and the right was $5.99. You can tell they are made the same, just two different brands selling them. The peelers were only $3.99 as you can see, but I think that is a very good price for two of them. One is a vegetable peeler and the other has teeth on that shreds.

Conclusion

I hope this inspired you to check out HomeGoods or TJ Maxx! They have so many great products you really can’t go wrong. I also picked up some other things not featured like, drinking glasses, soap dispensers, and cutting boards. Let me know if you find any awesome deals or products when you’re out shopping for your home. I’d love to hear about what you find and other places I should check out!

Always, Morgan
